Reason: This issue occurs when the Batch scripts are not run after the Jiffy installation is completed.
Solution: After the Jiffy installation is complete, run all the batch scripts in the "C:\jiffyservice\CommonFiles\BatchScripts" path in admin mode. Then restart Jiffy.
This error usually occurs when the JAVA_HOME path is not set in the System variables.
To add the JAVA_HOME path to the System variables list, do the following:
In the windows search bar, search for Edit the system environment variables.
Click on the Edit the system environment variables search result.
In the System Properties window that opens, click on Environment Variables button.
In the Environment Variables window that opens, click on the New... button to add a new variable.
In the New User Variable window that appears, specify the following details:
Variable name: Name of the variable. In this case, the variable name is JAVA_HOME.
Variable value: Path of the folder where JAVA is installed in the system. Use the Browse Directory or the Browse File buttons to navigate to the folder. Alternatively go to Control Panel > Programs > Java and in the Java Control Panel, go to JAVA > View and copy the value of the Path to paste in the Variable value field.
Click on the OK button in the New User Variable window to add the variable.
Click on the OK button in the Environment variables window to save the variable.
Click on the OK button in the System Properties window to exit.
